Nathan and Allegra live in a charming and very blue three-bedroom home on Brant Street in Lakeside Heights, near the metropark, high school, and church.

For an awkward former goth-girl, Allegra Gorey sure grew up into a fine and proper young lady! As pretty as she cleans up, as much as a doting girlfriend and aspiring housewife, and as much as she even likes to sew potholders and curtains, we're afraid the Miss-Suzie-Homemaker dress is just not her style. She's always been more of a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl.

Amelia Bradshaw studies abroad

August 2076, Andy and Claire Bradshaw are 51, Amelia is 21.

Claire reads in the news that Lakeside Heights' financial experts are predicting an economic downturn in the coming years (courtesy of slower skilling by corduire at MATY) where it could prove to be very hard to find good jobs. Andy and Claire feel that since they can afford it, they want Amelia to have every opportunity she can.

Lake City University has begun a brand new study abroad program with Takemizu Academy in Takemizu Village. Students will enroll for a year-long course, costing $6000 (compared to $3000 a year at LCU) - airfare, lodging, and food is additional. But the hefty price assures a studious and relaxing atmosphere where students can focus their attention and excel!

LCU, we all get lucky sometimes

LCU, spring semester, 2076

The beginning of the semester was a bust with just about everyone being sick after spring break. Charlotte called up her mommy to come over and make them all some soup.

meet the Nova family

May 2076 - Jeremy Nova is 60, Alice is 54, Stephanie is 16. Patrick Nova is 24. Chad and Riley Hathe are 24, Liza is 6. Talin Collins is 61, Abigail is 60.

Abigail Collins, Jeremy Nova, and Sophie Phoenix are the three children of Castor Nova. Twins are very popular in the Nova family. Jeremy and Abigail are twins, Jeremy's children Riley and Patrick are twins, as are Sophie's boys Hayden and Jackson.

Patrick and Riley are Jeremy's oldest, by his first wife Trista who died when they were just five years old. Patrick and Riley are a lot alike and nothing alike in many ways. He graduated college, she dropped out of high school. He's a talented and promising classical pianist living in the city, she's a penniless humanitarian living in the country with a house full of animals (her husband and child included!). But they are both kind-hearted people who love their families.

Amelia is arranging a killer party again, but this time she's hosting on Twikkii Island! She's invited Charlotte, Alon, Marisa, and Allegra even convinces Nathan to take some time away from the law firm and go with her, or maybe he just doesn't want her frolicking on the beach with a bunch of half-naked coeds?

meet the Harris family

March 2076 - Tad and Tosha Harris are 66. Alana and Sheldon Fortney are 43, Melissa is 7. Joel Harris is 34, Aurora is 30.

The Harris family is a large one. None of them are very rich, but what they lack in money they make up for in love (a.k.a. pestering the heck out of each other by dropping by each other's houses at all hours of the day and night).

October, 2075, Orlando Centowski is 60, Audrey is 59, Luke is 17.

Orlando Centowski is all grown up with a family of his own. He and Audrey met in college, their oldest, Charlotte is twenty-one and a junior at LCU, and their youngest, Luke is a junior in high school. Charlotte comes home to visit from LCU on the weekends.

LCU, never quite what we expect

LCU, fall semester, 2075(a really long LCU semester this time. I really tried to keep it short, but there was just too much going on. I don't know how some people get bored playing Uni, because all these college kids sure do keep me on my toes, lol!)

Alon and Charlotte have moved into student housing block B, sharing their house with two other roommates. Amelia mentioned something to Charlotte about keeping tabs on Alon for her, not that they're exactly an item again just yet, but she still wants to know what he's up to.

July 2075 - Bryson and Madison Riley are 53, Mariah is 17, Keri is 15.

Bryson Riley was the only son of one of the neighborhood's founders, David Riley. Bryson's father was known as a brilliant business man, but nobody knew that he left his son with barely-profitable businesses and a load of debt. Bryson is really the brilliant one in the family, and in the years since his father's passing, he has been able to rid his reputation as a slum-lord, and turn that debt into a fortune with hard work and a lot of luck. Bryson Riley is by far Lakeside Heights' most successful resident!

Bryson Riley owns the Riley Estates Company, which manages several properties in the metro area.

June 2075 - Andy and Claire Bradshaw are 49, pet dog is Allegra.

Andy Bradshaw is a Commander in The Military, and Claire is the top lawyer in the Lakeside Heights. Andy and Claire met in high school, and it hasn't been a perfect ride, but they're making it work. Their daughter Amelia is a sophomore at LCU.

May 2075 - Cody Bradshaw is 56, Kendal Bradshaw is 54, Cameron Gibson is 23, Marisa Wilson is 20, Bella Bradshaw is 18.

The Rhondal Lofts are owned by the Riley Estates Company, and are expensive high-rise apartments in downtown Lake City. Current residents include 24 year-old Cameron Gibson, a recently graduated directionless playboy and aspiring actor, and 20 year-old Marisa Wilson, who did finally decide to ditch the college life after last semester in favor of her budding music career.

Marisa is thinking about dropping out of school. She loves her job teaching a SimJazzer class, and enjoys DJing on the weekends, so she doesn't really see the point of taking formal music classes right now, even though they come naturally and she gets straight A's. Charlotte convinces her to at least see the semester through.

October, 2074, Berjes and Hailey are 30, Hazel is 5.

The Monif family live in an adorable little house in the Hazel Park subdivision of Lakeside Heights. Not named after their daughter Hazel, of course, but they do find it amusing.
