and the winner is...

Congratulations to Summer Phoenix, winner of the Lake City Metro Business Award. She will receive $50,000 to spend on her toy store, Summer's Place, in any way she chooses. She's also looking a bit stunned there, but we're sure she'll do just fine with it.
