The following are storyline labels. They may be useful for new readers who want to follow just one or a few stories, or for long-time readers who want to easily browse back through the storyline for information. A storyline will be defined as a traditional story arc and all of its pieces. These are only the major ongoing stories, since there are several stand-alone stories or shorter groups of stories, far too many to list probably ;)
These links don't include any extras or outtakes, but just the story. Remember that blogger will bring up the label from newest to oldest, so to read from the beginning, scroll down to the bottom and click on the oldest posts first.
Not all of the families or characters have a traditional ongoing story arc. So if you just want to follow a favorite character or family that's not listed here, or are looking for an entry about a character before or after or not related to the official storyline, you may still use the name labels on the sidebar.
*note: "complete" only means that the main story arc has been completed, that the conflict has been resolved, or that the story has come to a resting place. There still may be additional mini-updates relating to that particular story and/or its characters, added after completion. *
**note #2: OMG, summarizing long complicated storylines into a paragraph is the hardest thing EVER! It's SO hard to do a whole story justice in the space of a few sentences, so I hope these don't sound too stupid, lol! These will be filled in and linked and edited as I go along. **

In her junior year of college, Mariah meets Micah at a party. As they spend the night talking, she feels like she's met her soul mate, so it's too bad she has a boyfriend. She was never sure she saw a future with James, her first love, so she ends that relationship. But when her life begins to move forward more quickly than she's ready for, she starts to wonder if she's made the right decisions. (warnings: romantic-comedy/drama, maybe a tissue or two.) fish and the bird (Matt/Leila/Corbin) *complete*
Matt and Leila are a busy young couple with ten years of marriage, a farm, and three children under their belt. And on what could be a different planet, Corbin's life is filled with freedom, curiosity, and adventure. But when Corbin meets Leila, he is faced with the confusing desires of wanting things he's never wanted before. As friendships develop and histories are explored, Leila is faced with the most impossible choice she'll ever have to make. (warnings: drama/romance, OMG hard decisions (!!!), skimpy yoga clothing, metaphysical bullshit (you can blame it on Corbin if you want), and a box of tissues or two.) Bella Bradshaw is Lake City's premier playgirl and she's headed for the stars! But her life seems to have other plans for her. She was never expected to amount to much, coming from the failed end of the Bradshaw family tree, but she just might be cut out for more than she gives herself credit for. (warnings: mostly romantic-comedy, too many boyfriends, too many games, and one oops after another, after another. One of my older storylines, so please forgive the sloppy writing and bad pics in the beginning!)

Summer is fifteen when her mother dies in a car accident, leaving her father lost in a deep depression. As her family scrambles to help her father and little sister survive the loss, Summer is deemed "old enough" and "strong enough" to take care of herself. Left to her own devices, she learns to raise herself as best she knows how, which turns out to be not very surely. (warnings: darker drama, many boxes of tissues, indecision and regrets, and a sexy/charming boyfriend, or two?) Further reading on Tyler, Hayden and Ryanne.

In the later parts of the 21st century, the human race knows there are other lifeforms out there in the universe. Probably somewhere far, far away. Not until the summer of 2082 was the planet faced with the reality of this presence, and soon after, Lake County is swept up in the conflict. Many families are affected, but General Cabe Deppiesse and his brother Orion are caught in the middle of this conflict. As Cabe leads his troops out into space to protect the planet, his family at home is keeping a very touchy secret. (warnings: drama/attempted sci-fi, a box of tissues here and there, synthetic space suits)
