LCU, spring semester, 2078

Jason called Bella to say he was coming over. He was dropping off some stuff, making it official that things were over between them. Not only had she flat out rejected his proposal last spring, but she never even called him back. He was so sure things were over, in fact, that he came from the gym and was still wearing his workout gear.

But I guess they weren't quite finished after all? Because there were no declarations of over-ness, and he didn't actually drop off anything.

I don't want a job either

April 2078, Sheldon and Alana Fortney are 45, Melissa is 9.

Melissa says, "Mom, I don't think I want a job when I grow up."

Alana says, "I don't blame you, Kiddo." Her mother thinks she's joking, but she isn't. Not really.

Amelia is so Zen she even has her own flock of butterflies swarming around her. She thought she was dealing with things in a healthy and responsible and normal manner - because, she figures, what are you supposed to do when your boyfriend of six years cheats on you for the second time, and finally leaves you for somebody else? Some not-that-pretty, devious, man-stealing snake who honestly has quite a large forehead!!! And what, you mean five hours of yoga isn't normal???

Hazel Monif is in the second grade this year, and her friend Natalia Deppiesse is also in her class.

Sophie and Micah have been together since high school - and what a little rebel Micah was back then! They're going on thirty years together soon.

November 2077, Phoenix McCullough is 38, Brooke is 36, Fiona is 9, Robert is 6, and Connor is four months old.

The month started out rough, and it's looking to stay that way. Baby Connor is four months old now, and still in that stage where he's keeping everyone in the house up at night.

Amelia moved in with Alon and Piper after coming home from Takemizu Academy last semester. It was just something they all assumed she and Alon would do, but now she's beginning to question whether that was a good idea or not.

Amelia's flight got in really late and he was tired. Sure, he was happy to see her, but just tired. Really tired. And he had work in the morning. She tried to show him some bow thing she learned and he just didn't get it.

Everybody hates Cody Bradshaw after the whole blackmail scandal fell through! Madison is furious at her brother! How could he try to take advantage of family like that?

cold season strikes with a vengeance

September 2077, Toby and April Harris are 39, Lucy is 11, Sarah is 9, Samuel is 6. Tad and Tosha Harris are 68.

It's been ten years since April didn't have a child at home to look after, and now with Samuel in school, she doesn't really know what to do with her days. After she gets the kitchen cleaned, the toilets unclogged (she's got a sloppy family!), and the dishes done, it's just her, a cup of coffee, and Pepper. Little does she know that this month is going to keep her pretty busy!

Toby brings a cold home from work. He's hoping this doesn't keep him down too long, because he and April have been looking forward to taking their ten-year delayed honeymoon at the end of the month. They also have their tenth anniversary portrait to pick up from Centowski's, but money's been tight recently with buying all the kids new school clothes.

2077, we don't need no education!

August 2077, Chad and Riley Hathe are 26, Liza is 9, and Shaun is 1 month old.

Baby Shaun was born just one month ago, and Liza is looking forward to being a big sister.

August 2077, Orion Deppiesse is 44, Violet is 43, Dallas is 13, Delphie and Dakota are 6.

It's been a little while since we last visited Orion Deppiesse and his family. Orion did manage to unload that noisy and hideous pinball machine, and Violet's death threats were never serious. It is August now and the Deppiesse children have just one more month of summer break left before school starts. Dallas will be starting the seventh grade, and the twins will start the first grade.

(btw, I'm using this summer break mod, that has allowed all my Sim-spawn to be off school in these summer months :)
