Another school year starts in Lake County!
Elizabeth Hathe is starting the sixth grade at Bluewater Township Junior High School, and now that she's in junior high, she wants to be called Elizabeth in her mature years, but everybody still calls her Liza, or Liz, or in her mom's case, Lizzy. Maybe she can be Elizabeth when she's a little older. She continues to be a very sweet, quiet, and whimsical girl, would be quite content to spend many hours on her own, sitting by the pond with her diary or a book, letting the clouds float by. She doesn't mind if her friend Robbie is around sometimes too though.

Sarah Harris is starting the sixth grade at Lakeside Heights Junior High School. She's becoming a very confident and practical girl, and she's starting to come to terms with some very heavy things that have been on her mind. She hasn't told anyone yet, except for Delphie and Dakota Deppiesse, because you know those girls can keep a secret - well, between them they can. Not even her sister Lucy knows, but then Lucy's been busy lately. Sarah just doesn't get the obsession, boys? All that body hair?

Devon Shaw is turning four this year, and starting preschool. Devon is an energetic little girl, who loves to draw, even if she isn't very good at it. We're not really sure what she is good at just yet, but then, she's four - she's got plenty of time to figure that out.

ReplyDeleteI'll add my LOL to the last photo too... and to your caption :) Although I can kind of understand where they're coming from... one of the advantages of being adopted in R/L is that I could go through that age telling myself that my parents had NEVER done that kind of thing :)
ReplyDeleteI had kind of the opposite situation in my game shortly after I got ACR, although I got more of a shock than the sims did! I'm not sure if it was ACR itself or something else I downloaded at the same time, but somehow I completely missed the fact that teens could now woohoo... and I was playing another sim in the house and didn't pay much attention to the friend that the girl bought home from school, they just went off somewhere and I wasn't watching... until suddenly it went to the first woohoo cut-scene!
The sim-mother walked in on the couple immediately after the event, and reacted to the nakedness if not to the fact that her teenage daughter was in HER bed with some guy who hadn't even been in the game until about a sim-hour ago... lol... I think I was more stunned than she was! :)
